All training classes and products are non-transferrable.
As a standard practice, no refunds will be issued unless there is a class cancellation by Freight OTM, and no alternative class options are available. In such cases, a refund will be processed.

If an attendee fails to attend a paid class without prior notice, no refunds will be provided.
Transfers:
Attendees can request a transfer to another class if they are unable to attend the originally scheduled session.
To be eligible for a transfer, the attendee must notify Freight OTM at least 72 hours in advance of the class start time.
Transfers are subject to availability and are solely at the discretion of Freight OTM.
