Refund Policy

Refunds:

  • All training classes and products are non-transferrable.
  • As a standard practice, no refunds will be issued unless there is a class cancellation by Freight OTM, and no alternative class options are available. In such cases, a refund will be processed.

  • If an attendee fails to attend a paid class without prior notice, no refunds will be provided.

Transfers:

  • Attendees can request a transfer to another class if they are unable to attend the originally scheduled session.
  • To be eligible for a transfer, the attendee must notify Freight OTM at least 72 hours in advance of the class start time.
  • Transfers are subject to availability and are solely at the discretion of Freight OTM.
